- When redeeming a Mystery Breaks gift voucher the full amount must be used in a single booking. No credit or refund will be given for amounts not used.
- A Mystery Breaks gift voucher can only be redeemed 14 days prior to your departure date.
- A Mystery Breaks gift voucher value can be redeemed on any Mystery Breaks package.
- Our Guest Contact Centre will contact you to arrange any outstanding balance due on Mystery Breaks voucher package redemption.
- You cannot purchase a Mystery Breaks gift voucher by redeeming a Mystery Breaks gift voucher.
- Mystery Breaks gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
- You are responsible for the safety and use of your Gift Voucher, and should treat it as cash. Unfortunately, if your Gift Voucher is lost or stolen, Mystery Breaks are unable to replace or refund it.
